Because running a castle is no ordinary undertaking. Every day is different and confronts us with situations that are sometimes complicated and unexpected, requiring calm and discernment. But it is also, thankfully, filled with countless moments of joy, wonder, encounters, and learning.
Being part of such an adventure requires an open, flexible, and passionate character . I thank my team every day for supporting me with such human and professional qualities.
Beyond their daily tasks, everyone will always take the time to welcome, advise, and listen to the guests who stay in "their" castle. Yes, I'm not mistaken in using the personal pronoun "their," because it's a sign of trust and a great joy for me to hear them confide in me with such tenderness; "when I talk about the castle, I find myself saying 'my' castle"...
I like to say that "my" castle, inherited from my parents, is now the castle of a fantastic team of 10 qualified people.
